Artist Submission Agreement

Effective Date: April 2026

This Artist Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all content submitted to ANCTV (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By submitting any video, audio, image, or related media (“Content”), you (“Artist”, “Submitter”) agree to the terms below.

You grant ANCTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:

• Stream, broadcast, and publicly perform the Content
• Display, reproduce, and distribute the Content
• Edit, encode, transcode, and format the Content for playback
• Use the Content in promotional materials, advertising, and marketing
• Include the Content in monetized programming, including advertising-supported streams
• Archive and reuse the Content indefinitely

You represent and warrant that:

• You own 100% of the rights to the Content, OR
• You have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances required for distribution
• The Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Music composition rights (publishing)
• Sound recording rights (master)
• Synchronization rights (video + music)
• Performance rights
• Any third-party visuals, logos, or likenesses

IMPORTANT:

Unless you have secured full legal rights, you may NOT submit:

• Cover songs
• Tribute performances
• Performances of music written by other artists

If you submit such Content, you expressly confirm that:

• You have obtained all required publishing and synchronization licenses
• You can provide proof of such licenses upon request

Failure to comply may result in:

• Immediate content removal
• Account termination
• Legal liability for damages

You acknowledge and agree that:

• ANCTV may place advertisements before, during, or after your Content
• ANCTV retains 100% of advertising revenue unless otherwise agreed in writing
• You are not entitled to compensation unless explicitly contracted

ANCTV is not obligated to publish, display, or continue using any submitted Content.

We may remove or restrict Content at any time for any reason, including legal or policy concerns.

ANCTV complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

We will remove Content upon receipt of a valid takedown notice.

Repeat infringers may be permanently banned.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANCTV, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your submitted Content
• Your breach of this Agreement
• Any claim of copyright or rights infringement

ANCTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to Content submission or distribution.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

By submitting Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
